Buying terms and returns
We start processing when the payment has cleared. We have the right to cancel the order and refund full sum if for any reason we see that we will not be able to fulfill the order.
You are responsible for providing correct contact information. We will not be held responsible for wrong address, name, phone number or any other piece of information that can prevent an order being fulfilled correctly or on time.
Buyer should read all terms and descriptions of products before making the final decision to purchase.
We hold the right to cancel any personalised order if personalization content contradicts with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, European Unian laws and regulations or our moral standards
We are responsible to fulfill the order on time, but we can not be responsible for any delays in currier, local or international post systems. The world is in a strange state right now, we ask for understanding if any delay occurs. If we see that some order is taking longer to be delivered we always try to speed up the process if possible.
You have the right to return any items you receive from us (apart from personalised products). But there are some rules to that.
If you didn’t like the items and want to return them – you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the package. The items must be unused and in 100% original condition. We have the right to ask for pictures/videos. You are responsible for any costs that might occur (return shipping, possible customs, etc. is on you). After receiving the package and confirming everything is in order we will refund you the full price of the items (excluding shipping). If the items returns to us with defects – we have the right not to refund or refund partially.
If your order came with defects or we messed the order up somehow – please contact us immediately and we will sort everything out. You have the right to return whole package and get your money back (including the shipping).
Keep in mind that we do not accept forced returns. You must contact us beforehand.
To put everything in the simplest way possible: if the problem was on our end – we will sort everything out and you will not have to pay anything extra.
Keep in mind that we provide all necessary information about every product including materials used, approximate size, volume (if applicable), colors. Different screens can portray colors differently. Also color perception changes with different lighting condition. We can not control that. Because of this reason color variations are not considered defects on our end and you are not eligible of returning the items claiming wrong description.
Personalised items can not be returned unless they came with clear defects.
