When will you ship my order?

The time it takes us to ship a certain product is written on the product page. We try to make it as fast as possible. If it’s a product that is already made we usually ship within 1-2 workdays. If the product has to be made first it will naturally take longer. We will always present this information next to every product we sell so there are no surprises.

Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?

Everything is made in and shipped from Lithuania, EU. And we tend to deliver our products pretty much everywhere with some minor exclusions. If your country doesn’t try to occupy sovereign nations as a hobby – you’re covered.

How long does the delivery take?

It really depends on quite a few factors. European orders should arrive in 3-7 workdays. USA, Canada or Japan for example can take 2-4 weeks. These are just estimates and can vary depending on the situation in the world. If you need to get your order faster we can arrange it – just message us. Do the same if you can’t find your country in the dropdown when filling out the checkout form.

 How much does the delivery cost?

For European orders we offer flat rate shipping based on a country. We use courier services and the delivery time is usually within one week after shipping.

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia – 18€ per order.

Austria, Romania, Slovenia – 22€ per order.

Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Norway – 31€ per order.

Spain – 40€ per order.

For United States, United Kingdom and Canada we use weight based shipping calculation. Add desired items to the cart and shipping will be calculated on the checkout page. We use postal services to deliver our products to you. You can always message us with the list of items you’re interested in and we’ll try to give you a better shipping offer (if possible).

If your country is not on the list – please message us and we’ll most likely add it immediately.

IF YOU THINK THE SHIPPING PRICE IS TOO STEEP, CONTACT US AND WE’LL RECHECK TO SEE IF IT’S POSSIBLE TO OFFER SOMETHING BETTER. But keep in mind that it’s expensive to ship pottery safely.

Local Lithuanian orders are 4€ to 7€ per order depending on the shipping method.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! We only ship with methods that include a tracking number. It will be sent to you via email after we ship your order. If you didn’t get an email – please contact us.
